Is Triloxogy the official merchandise store for The Weeknd?

No, we are not the official merchandise store for The Weeknd or XO. Our products are not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or approved by The Weeknd, XO, or Universal Music Group (UMG). Any reference to them does not imply affiliation. Our merchandise is an independent tribute to The Weeknd and his music, and we do not intend to infringe on any intellectual property rights of XO, The Weeknd, or UMG.

I'm having trouble tracking my order. What should I do?

If you're having trouble tracking your order, please visit our tracking page and fill out the form with the necessary details. Our dedicated team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at orders@triloxogy.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellation may be possible depending on the processing stage. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer an option.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before the shipment is dispatched. You can find the estimated delivery times before placing your order at the cart or checkout page.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We offer international shipping to over 200 countries. We strive to serve our customers around the globe with a wide range of shipping destinations. However, due to certain logistical and legal constraints, we regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Honduras, and India at this time. What currency are payments processed in?

All payments are processed in GBP (£), regardless of the currency you use to view prices (e.g., euros or dollars). Your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal) will handle the conversion from GBP to your local currency based on their exchange rates at the time of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, Electron, and Maestro. You can also pay using digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, or via PayPal. Klarna is available as a payment option in some regions. 

How do I change my delivery address?

To make changes to your delivery address, please contact our support team at orders@triloxogy.com with your order number and new address. A change of delivery address may be possible depending on the processing stage of your order. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, changes are no longer an option.
